The Falls at Cascade Palms has a  Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Easements Declaration which is enforced in the community.   Our Board of Directors consists of business and professional leaders, from diverse backgrounds whose purpose is to promote a safe community by being a positive influence to all of their neighbors.  As volunteers, they work together in providing harmony and stimulate a healthy, conformative environment that will benefit the general welfare of all who live in this community.
